As an investor, it's important for me to be able to find an agent who will do all that I need them to do, especially when I don't live in the area that I invest in. Over the past few years, Virginia has helped me with different rental needs, finding tenants for me, running market analysis, etc. It had come time to list my property and get it sold, so naturally, I chose Virginia - after all, she's been helping me on smaller projects for a few years now. My experience couldn't have been better - from determining a realistic asking price, deciding what marketing plan works best, marketing to find the right buyers, to helping negotiate the contract and repairs, and helping with setting up a courtesy close in another city over 6 hours away - Virginia went above and beyond. As a real estate professional, she truly had my best interest from start to finish and did a wonderful job. Virginia was a very knowledgeable, answered all our question in a very timely manner, and was very easy to contact, if unavailable she always returned my calls in a timely manner. I am sure that if in the future we should sell out home and purchase another one, she will be the realtor I will be calling.

Virginia was awesome with us. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Not pushy to put u in a house. Listen s to what your needs are. Takes time out of her busy schedule to answer any and questions. A loving wife and mother always takeing care of her Family and she'll take care of yours. Likes to smile and very respectful no matter what the circumstances are. I totally recommend Virginia for all your needs in real estate needs.

This was my first time working with Virginia, and I expect to work with her again in the future. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and ability to help make the process seem effortless.
